Designed by Brisbane's most celebrated hospitality architecture studio, Eucalyptus Dining occupies a heritage-listed building transformed into a three-floor celebration of neoclassical grandeur and contemporary precision.

Gaming Tech &
Fair Play
Every table at Eucalyptus Dining operates under Queensland's most rigorous gaming standards, independently audited quarterly. Our RNG certification is among the most transparent in Australia.
RNG Certification
Our random number generation system is certified by eCOGRA and audited by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) — the world's leading gaming test laboratory.
Optical Table Scanning
All card games use multi-angle optical scanning for verified shuffle integrity. Every deck is authenticated before each session and destroyed after 200 hands.
Public Audit Reports
Annual independent audit reports are published in full on the Queensland OLGR website. We are committed to absolute transparency in all gaming operations.

Baccarat Heritage:
The Royal Salon
Baccarat is the oldest game of the European nobility — a pastime of James Bond, of the Riviera elite, of the most discerning players in Monaco and Macau. Our Royal Salon is its most fitting Australian home.
The game itself — Punto Banco in its traditional form — is a test of nerve and patience rather than strategy. The cards decide. The player simply decides how much to trust them. That trust is where the pleasure lives.

"In Baccarat, as in life, the best strategy is to know when to hold, when to push, and when to trust the hand you've been dealt."
