The Sommelier Experience begins with a private consultation with one of our certified sommeliers, who guides guests through the history and provenance of the cellar's key holdings. A structured tasting flight of five to eight wines is assembled specifically for your palate profile, ranging from benchmark examples to rare library releases unavailable on the public wine list.
For the ultimate expression of this experience, our Private Cellar Dinner seats up to twelve guests at the original oak table within the vault itself. A seasonal menu of seven courses is paired with archive wines selected by the sommelier team, creating a gastronomic occasion unlike anything else available in Queensland.

Yes. A curated selection of vault bottles are available for purchase. Our sommelier can advise on optimal drinking windows and will arrange packaging for safe transport.
Private Cellar Dinners are available Thursday through Sunday. Weekend bookings are particularly sought-after and we recommend booking at least three weeks in advance.
The vault is maintained at a constant 13–14°C with 70% relative humidity — ideal conditions for long-term wine ageing. Guests should bring or request a light jacket from our cloakroom.
