These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Eucalyptus Dining website (eucalyptusdining.com) and your engagement with all services provided by Eucalyptus Hospitality Pty Ltd, including dining reservations, VIP Casino Membership, events, and gaming. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Reservations & Dining
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit where applicable. Deposits for Chef's Table and Private Dining experiences are non-refundable within 72 hours of the booking date. Standard à la carte reservations can be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time. Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes without prior notification may result in the table being released. Eucalyptus Dining reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whose conduct is inconsistent with our standards or who does not comply with our Dress Code policy.
Dress Code & Entry
Eucalyptus Dining operates a strict Black Tie Preferred / Smart Formal dress code across all areas of the venue. Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket at all times on the restaurant and casino floor. Casual attire including sportswear, shorts, and open-toed shoes for men is not permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request a change of attire without refund of any deposit paid. Dress code compliance is the responsibility of the guest.
Membership Terms
Membership is subject to approval by the Eucalyptus Membership Committee. Annual membership fees are non-refundable. Membership benefits are personal to the named holder and may not be transferred, shared, or resold. Eucalyptus Hospitality Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for breach of house rules, conduct unbecoming of the venue's standards, or for any reason at the sole discretion of management. Membership renewal is not guaranteed and is subject to annual review.
Gaming Terms
All gaming activities at Eucalyptus Dining are conducted under Queensland gaming legislation. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter gaming areas or participate in any gaming activity. Identification may be required at any time. Table limits, minimum bets, and house rules are posted at each gaming table and are subject to change. Decisions by the gaming floor manager are final. Eucalyptus Dining operates a self-exclusion programme in compliance with Queensland OLGR requirements.
Events & Venue Hire
Event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit as detailed in the event proposal. The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event. Eucalyptus Dining reserves the right to terminate any event at which guests engage in prohibited conduct, without refund of fees paid. All food, beverage, and gaming services must be provided by Eucalyptus Dining during venue hire periods unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Website Use
You agree to use the eucalyptusdining.com website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairs the availability or accessibility of the website. You may not use the website to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or for any fraudulent purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eucalyptus Hospitality Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Amendments
Eucalyptus Dining reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the website or services after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
