When we designed the Eucalyptus VIP Casino Membership programme, we began with a question that is rarely asked in the hospitality industry: what does a truly exceptional regular guest actually need? But what, delivered consistently and without being asked, would make their relationship with our venue genuinely different from their relationship with any other establishment? The answer, we found, was not a longer list of complimentary services. It was a deeper quality of recognition. The Black Diamond tier — our most restricted membership, with fewer than forty active holders globally — is built on this principle. Every element of the Black Diamond experience is designed to make the guest feel known, not merely valued.
In practical terms, Black Diamond membership includes a dedicated concierge line answered within three rings, seven days a week, by a named relationship manager who knows the member's preferences, dietary requirements, gaming habits, and personal occasions. It includes a reserved VIP salon on the gaming floor — a private room with a Baccarat table, a Blackjack table, and a Roulette wheel, staffed by croupiers who have been specifically assigned to that salon. It includes a quarterly dining credit of $2,000, applicable to any dining or cellar experience. And it includes an annual cellar selection — six bottles chosen by our head sommelier specifically for the member's palate and drinking preferences, delivered by personal courier.

Membership Relations, Eucalyptus Dining
The Gold tier, which forms the core of our membership programme and is available by application to qualified candidates, represents a significant step up from Silver. Gold members have access to a dedicated Gold Lounge adjacent to the main casino floor — a private bar and lounge space with priority gaming table access, complimentary valet parking, and invitations to all members-only events throughout the year. These events include seasonal gala evenings, exclusive winery tours, guest chef dinners, and our annual members' poker championship, which takes place each March and has become one of the most hotly anticipated evenings in the Brisbane social calendar.
The Silver tier is our entry-level membership and represents exceptional value for guests who visit Eucalyptus regularly. Silver members receive priority restaurant reservations across all dining areas, a 10% dining credit on à la carte orders, a personal relationship manager accessible during business hours, and invitations to monthly members-only events. The Silver tier is also the natural starting point for corporate memberships — we offer multi-seat corporate Silver packages for businesses who wish to provide their executives and clients with access to Eucalyptus's full range of hospitality.
Applications for Silver and Gold membership are reviewed by our committee within five business days. Successful applicants receive their precision-milled metal membership card — matte silver for Silver tier, brushed gold-toned for Gold tier — within ten business days of approval, delivered by personal courier in a branded leather presentation case. The application process is straightforward: a brief online form, a reference from an existing member or a letter of introduction, and an in-person meeting with our Membership Relations team. We take the membership process seriously not because we wish to make it difficult, but because we believe the programme's value derives entirely from the calibre and conduct of its members. Eucalyptus Dining is, at its core, a community — and communities are defined by who is in them.
